It has been news for a long time that the CBSE board will cancel the exams, but today it cleared the press release that the exams were done after Lockdown.

CBSE mentioned that they are going to conduct class 10 board examinations as stated in press release dated 01.04.2020. They mentioned in the press release that they will provide a sufficient time of 10 days to the students for preparation.
On class 12 board examinations, CBSE, said that after assessing the situation when the lockdown is over they will conduct exams.
Well, on the evaluation process, CBSE said nothing but it is expected that the evaluation process begins just after the end of examinations. Almost 1.5 crores copy are to be checked by 2 lakh teachers. Till now, only 30% of the evaluation process is completed.
The Board will come out with further instructions for evaluating in the changed circumstances. These instructions and dates for restart of evaluation work in various evaluation centers in the country will be announced later.
